Myofascial Release 101 for Couples
This class is a package of 5 sessions during which you and your partner will learn the basics of myofascial release in addition to techniques to help relieve your partner's specific issues such as pain or tension. This is a great way for you and your partner to learn how to relax together and take better care of each other. The 5 sessions can be scheduled as close together or as far apart as you wish, but scheduling at least every 2 weeks is recommended. Please feel free to go ahead and book all 5 sessions if you wish.
